Sales Advisor – Retail Salesperson

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Advisor to join our retail team in Zagreb. The successful candidate will greet customers, provide product advice and actively drive sales while maintaining the store’s visual standards.

Key responsibilities

• Present, advise and actively sell products to customers.
• Monitor and control product pricing.
• Arrange merchandise according to company standards and manage stock levels on the floor.
• Operate the cash register and ensure accurate transactions.
• Maintain personal neatness and keep the workplace tidy.
• Perform duties with precision and reliability.

Required profile

• Minimum secondary school education.
• General knowledge of the product range and ability to learn quickly.
• Previous experience in retail or sales.
• Reliable, organized and highly motivated.
• Persistent, dynamic and able to work in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Basic computer skills.
• Cash register (POS) operation.
