About the role

The company ROX d.o.o. is looking for a material accounting specialist to manage the goods and material bookkeeping for its hospitality operations. The role involves processing invoices, monitoring inventory movements and supporting the financial reporting of stock.

Key responsibilities

• Enter and process invoices and receipts in the material accounting system.
• Prepare documents and reports to track inbound and outbound goods.
• Maintain material accounting for trade goods and reconcile material with financial statements.
• Prepare warehouse stock statements and control supporting documentation.
• Verify delivery notes, invoices, returns and approvals.
• Check incoming invoices for prices, discounts, quantities and attached documentation.
• Analyze stock cards and monitor inventory levels.
• Participate in annual inventories and post inventory differences, surpluses and shortages.
• Enter and control price lists.

Required profile

• Good understanding of material accounting tasks.

• Strong knowledge of the HORECA channel.
