Regional Sales Manager

About the role

The Regional Sales Manager will oversee the operational performance of stores within the assigned area, ensuring sales targets and productivity goals are met.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and control daily store operations in the designated region.
• Achieve revenue and productivity objectives for assigned stores.
• Manage inventory levels, stock rotation and product flow.
• Prepare and monitor monthly budgets and economic targets.
• Ensure commercial standards are applied according to company directives.
• Supervise opening of new stores and coordinate related activities.
• Lead, train and motivate store managers and sales teams.
• Evaluate employee performance, recommend rewards and disciplinary actions.
• Monitor competition within the region.

Required profile

• Relevant university degree (preferred).
• Minimum 2 years experience in similar retail management roles.
• Fluent English (spoken and written).
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.
• Analytical, proactive and detail‑oriented.
• Valid B‑category driver’s licence and active driver.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office suite.
