About the role

The Marina Baotić is looking for a communicative, responsible, and organized individual to serve as a Receptionist / VIP Concierge. You will be the first point of contact for marina guests, ensuring a seamless and luxurious experience throughout their stay.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the reception desk and welcome marina guests.
• Provide information and assist with the organization of guests' stays.
• Prepare and maintain records of annual membership contracts.
• Handle vehicle rental services and related documentation.
• Resolve guest complaints and coordinate with other marina services.
• Manage the rental of business spaces within the marina.
• Coordinate guest transfers and liaise with taxi services.
• Prepare offers, invoice marina services, and follow up on payments.
• Plan detailed daily schedules for high‑net‑worth clients, including private charter flights, luxury yacht arrangements, and personal driver services.
• Source rare and luxury items per client requests and organize last‑minute surprises, private tours, and special experiences.
• Engage specialized professionals such as private chefs when required.

Required profile

• Strong computer literacy.
• Excellent command of English and German; additional languages are a plus.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Minimum one year of experience in reception or a similar customer‑facing role.
