Recepcionar (m/ž) – hotel u Zagrebu

About the role

We are looking for a friendly and responsible receptionist to join our small hotel in Zagreb. The position involves working either the morning shift (06:30‑14:30) or the afternoon shift (14:30‑22:30), with the possibility of combining both. No night shifts are required.

Key responsibilities

• Morning shift: manage the front desk, register and check‑out guests, serve breakfast, and attend to guest needs throughout their stay.
• Afternoon shift: handle guest check‑ins, answer inquiries, process reservations, perform basic administrative tasks, and ensure a pleasant stay for all guests.
• Maintain clear communication with guests and team members at all times.

Required profile

• Basic computer literacy.
• Fluency in English and Croatian.
• Excellent communication, courtesy, and professionalism.
• Willingness to work directly with guests.
• Hospitality experience is an advantage but not mandatory.

What we offer

• Starting salary of €1,000‑€1,200 per month, depending on the number of workdays.
• Friendly work environment in a small hotel.
• Option to work 5 or 6 days a week, with flexibility to choose only afternoon shifts or a combination of both shifts.
• Permanent employment contract.
• Start date: 4 September 2026.
• Work schedule includes weekends, holidays and public holidays.
