About the role
Glazir d.o.o. is looking for a motivated Production Worker to join its manufacturing team in Novaki Oborovski. The position involves working on production lines in a safe and efficient manner, following strict health, safety and quality standards.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness of the work area and personal hygiene.
- Dismantle, wash and re‑assemble machines and equipment.
- Follow work instructions precisely.
- Package, label and palletise finished products.
- Operate on production lines quickly and safely.
- Perform routine maintenance on machines and equipment.
Required profile
- Lower or medium level of formal education.
- No prior work experience required; experience in manufacturing or food industry is a plus.
- Ability to work in a team.
- Hand‑eye coordination and manual dexterity.
- Willingness to learn new tasks and work in shifts.
Required skills
- No specific technical skills listed; training will be provided.
