About the role

We are looking for a diligent Accountant / Specialist in Accounting Processes to join our fast‑growing team in Zagreb. The role focuses on accurate bookkeeping, financial reconciliation and continuous improvement of internal finance procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Post incoming and outgoing invoices and process bank statements.
• Control cash desk operations and reconcile financial records.
• Monitor and reconcile ledger accounts and account cards.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency of accounting data across multiple systems.
• Oversee automated accounting processes and promptly identify deviations.
• Collaborate with external accountants and prepare required documentation.
• Track receivables, manage reminder processes, and support collections.
• Participate in the optimisation of internal finance and accounting workflows.

Required profile

• Previous experience posting invoices and handling financial documentation.
• Hands‑on experience with ledger reconciliations and financial record control.
• Solid understanding of accounting processes and ability to verify data across different systems.
• Good knowledge of Excel and general computer systems.
• Active English language proficiency.
