Quality Associate - Equipment

About the role

The Quality Associate – Equipment will manage and coordinate the Equipment Lifecycle Management System (ELMS) at the PGS Zagreb site, ensuring alignment with corporate quality standards and supporting continuous improvement of the site’s quality system.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the site Equipment Lifecycle Management System and oversee related activities.
• Provide first‑level site support for the ELMS system and monitor corporate quality standards.
• Coordinate operational tasks and ensure documentation harmonisation across business units.
• Support planning, implementation, control, monitoring and continuous improvement of the site quality system and products.

Required profile

• University degree or 300 ECTS in Chemical Technology, Biotechnology, Animal Health, Pharmacy, natural sciences or related field.
• Proficiency in Croatian and English.
• At least 1 year of relevant work experience.

Required skills

• Competency in MS Office applications and Internet use.
• Experience with Electronic Document Management Systems, EAMS and ELMS (advantageous).
