About the role

The Maintenance Operator will carry out planned preventive maintenance activities on equipment and infrastructure, diagnose faults and perform corrective maintenance, and support the definition of spare parts requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Execute scheduled preventive maintenance tasks such as visual inspections, spare‑part replacements, testing and examinations.
• Diagnose equipment failures and carry out corrective maintenance.
• Propose improvements to preventive maintenance procedures.
• Assist in defining necessary spare parts.

Required profile

• Technical secondary school diploma.
• Work experience in equipment maintenance.
• Excellent knowledge of Croatian.
• Basic knowledge of English.
• Basic computer skills.
• Willingness to work in a shift pattern (12‑24‑12‑48).

Required skills

• Preventive maintenance techniques.
• Fault diagnosis.
