About the role

The company is looking for a Traffic Scheduler who will organise daily bus timetables, manage driver documentation and ensure smooth transport operations in compliance with legal regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Create daily computer schedules for buses and drivers covering line, occasional and contract services.
• Print, distribute, control and collect driver travel orders, per‑diems and transport cost calculations; prepare payroll and monthly bus operation reports.
• Monitor transport execution and verify the correctness of driver work.
• Maintain records of preventive and annual technical inspections.
• Coordinate vehicle repairs with the service department.
• Track and coordinate sales activities related to transport services.
• Archive and preserve all transport documentation.
