Program Quality Manager (m/f)

About the role

Vertiv Croatia is looking for a Program Quality Manager in Zagreb. The role is the primary Quality Point of Contact for assigned strategic customers and programs, giving one aligned quality interface across all projects, business units, plants, suppliers, sites and functions supporting the customer. It works in partnership with Project Quality Managers, who handle quality planning and execution within each project, while the Program Quality Manager provides the customer and portfolio view.

Key responsibilities

• Own the customer quality relationship and Voice of Customer, turning customer expectations and feedback into coordinated actions
• Lead customer quality governance through executive reviews, scorecards, escalation reviews and strategic account quality planning
• Consolidate quality performance, commitments, risks, escalations and improvements and report them to executives via dashboards and reviews
• Lead major customer quality escalations and recovery programs, restoring customer confidence
• Govern customer-related 8D investigations and drive cross-project recurrence prevention
• Coordinate cross-functional quality activities and monitor execution of commitments and improvement plans, escalating risks and delays
• Support customer audits, executive quality reviews and quality improvement initiatives

Required profile

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Operations or a related technical field
• Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in Quality Management, Customer Quality, Program Quality, Project Quality, Engineering or Operations
• Demonstrated experience managing strategic customer relationships, quality governance, escalations and executive-level communication
• Experience coordinating quality across projects, business units, manufacturing locations, suppliers and sites
• Fluent English and willingness to travel internationally

Required skills

• Structured problem-solving and quality improvement methods, including 8D, root cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions, risk management and lessons learned
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, dashboards, reporting tools and digital quality systems
• Ability to lead in a matrix organisation without direct authority
