About the role

INTEREUROPA is expanding its maritime logistics segment in Croatia and is looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead the development and growth of sea‑freight services across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage maritime transport services.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
• Build and maintain relationships with ship owners, agents and business partners.
• Negotiate pricing and commercial terms.
• Create competitive logistics solutions for clients.
• Support the sales team by generating new business opportunities and market initiatives.
• Drive revenue growth, profitability and achievement of business targets for the maritime segment.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.
• Collaborate with regional teams on joint market and product initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in maritime transport, freight forwarding, logistics or shipowning.
• Strong knowledge of the maritime and container transport market.
• Developed commercial and negotiation skills.
• Experience in service, product or market development.
• Proactive, autonomous and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Active knowledge of English.
