About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our team at the Arena Center location in Zagreb. You will work both on the shop floor and support our online webshop, providing friendly service to customers and helping to showcase our product range.

Key responsibilities

• Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately.
• Receive, display, and present products in an attractive manner.
• Assist customers directly, offering product advice and completing sales.
• Process orders through the webshop platform.
• Conduct regular inventory counts and stock checks.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work environment.

Required profile

• Good communication skills and a team‑oriented attitude.
• Reliability, neatness and a consistently positive work outlook.
• Polite and professional demeanor with customers.
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Word, etc.).
• Proficiency in English.
• At least six months of sales experience (preferred but not mandatory).
• Completed secondary education (SSS).
