About the role
We are looking for enthusiastic sales staff to join our pastry shop in Zagreb. You will be responsible for selling and serving a variety of sweets and beverages to our customers, ensuring a pleasant and efficient experience.
Key responsibilities
- Assist customers in selecting pastries and drinks.
- Process sales transactions accurately.
- Maintain a clean and organized service area.
- Restock products and ensure displays are attractive.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide friendly service.
Required profile
- Previous experience in hospitality or retail sales.
- Good command of the Croatian language.
- Motivation to work in a pastry‑shop environment.
- Willingness to learn new skills and work as part of a team.
- Reliability, independence, dedication and punctuality.
