About the role

You will start the day with the sound of the grinder and the aroma of freshly ground coffee, preparing the first morning drinks for guests. The role involves ensuring all equipment is correctly set up, keeping display cases tidy and stocked, and delivering a pleasant experience to every customer.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and calibrate coffee machines and other bar equipment.
• Maintain clean and well‑stocked display cases.
• Take, prepare and process orders, handling payments accurately.
• Organise and motivate the team to ensure smooth service.
• Adapt drinks to guest preferences and uphold quality standards.
• Contribute to a positive atmosphere and efficient workflow.

• Cheerful attitude that creates a pleasant work environment.
• Fast work pace and ability to adapt to varying demands.
• Passion for coffee and experience in preparing beverages.
