About the role

The position is a front‑line sales associate responsible for serving customers in Bobis bakery stores across multiple locations in Croatia. The role combines customer service, product presentation, and cash‑register operation in a fast‑paced retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers throughout the sales area, ensuring friendly and professional communication.
• Arrange and display bakery products according to company policies, monitor stock levels and product shelf‑life, weigh items, and maintain clear price and label visibility.
• Operate the cash register accurately, handling all related transactions and documentation.
• Prepare baked goods by following instructions from technologists or supervisors, including baking and finishing semi‑finished products.
• Process orders and returns using the store application.
• Receive, inspect, store, and document incoming merchandise, ensuring proper storage and compliance with documentation standards.
• Supervise and mentor junior sales staff when required.
• Maintain cleanliness of the uniform and work area.

Required profile

• Secondary school education (SSS) preferred, but not mandatory.
• Responsible, reliable, and punctual work attitude.
• Strong commitment to teamwork and customer satisfaction.

Required skills

• POS cash register operation.
• Inventory handling and product labeling.
• Basic use of store ordering application.
