About the role
We are looking for a motivated sales associate to join our Froddo shop located in City Center One West, Zagreb. You will be the face of the store, assisting customers with the purchase of children’s footwear and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience.
Key responsibilities
- Sell children’s shoes and provide product information.
- Handle cash register operations and process transactions.
- Communicate daily with customers, answering questions and offering assistance.
- Maintain the visual presentation of merchandise and arrange window displays.
- Receive and process returned items.
Required profile
- Basic computer knowledge, especially the MS Office suite.
- Good communication skills.
- Preferably a background in commerce or sales.
- Foreign language knowledge is a plus, but not mandatory.
