About the role
We are looking for a motivated sales associate to join our Froddo shop located in City Center One East, Zagreb. The role involves assisting customers with children’s clothing and footwear, handling cash transactions, and maintaining an attractive store presentation.
Key responsibilities
- Sell children’s clothing and shoes to customers.
- Operate the cash register and manage daily transactions.
- Communicate with customers, providing friendly and helpful service.
- Maintain product displays and ensure merchandise is well presented.
- Arrange window displays and keep the shop tidy.
- Receive and process returned merchandise.
Required profile
- Basic computer knowledge, especially the MS Office suite.
- Strong communication skills.
- Preferably knowledge of a foreign language.
- Candidates with a commercial education are preferred.
- Previous sales experience is a plus but not mandatory.
