About the role

We are looking for a motivated Salesperson to join our retail team in Zagreb. The role involves active selling, advising customers on a wide range of products and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience.

Key responsibilities

• Actively sell and provide product advice to customers.
• Present and demonstrate product features.
• Maintain the cleanliness and attractiveness of the sales floor.
• Receive, display, store merchandise and monitor inventory.
• Operate the cash register and handle cash accurately.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to team success.
• Build long‑term customer relationships with a courteous, professional approach.

Required profile

• Secondary education.
• Strong communication and sales abilities.
• Customer‑oriented mindset with a focus on excellent service.
• Responsible, reliable and able to work independently.
• Team player.
• Fluent in Croatian; basic English (A2) required.

Required skills

• Basic computer literacy.
• Knowledge of textile materials (preferred).
• Previous retail sales experience (preferred).
