About the role

We are expanding our business activities and are looking for enthusiastic sales professionals to join our store in Zagreb. The position is available both as a full‑time (40 h) and part‑time (20 h) role, offering a dynamic environment where customer service and teamwork are valued.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers with product selection and provide knowledgeable advice.
• Achieve sales targets set by the company.
• Handle inventory tasks, including receiving, labeling, and merchandising merchandise.
• Operate the cash register and process payments accurately.
• Ensure correct pricing, discounts, and product presentation.
• Maintain store cleanliness and orderly arrangement of the assortment.

Required profile

• Secondary school diploma in commerce or a related field.
• Preferably some experience in textile retail, though it is not mandatory.
• Systematic approach to tasks and strong initiative.
• Excellent communication skills and a team‑oriented mindset.
• Proactive attitude, responsibility, and willingness to contribute to team goals.
