About the role

We are looking for a motivated sales associate to join our Franck store in Zagreb. The role combines front‑office customer service, cash‑register operations and support for our online shop. You will be the face of the brand, promoting our coffee and other products while ensuring smooth daily operations.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers at the cash register, perform end‑of‑shift accounting and deposit daily takings.
• Serve coffee and other Franck products, maintain and clean equipment, and ensure correct beverage preparation.
• Carry out promotional activities and product tastings.
• Create, control and archive business documentation.
• Monitor product expiry dates, conduct inventory checks and keep the store and warehouse tidy.
• Support the operational functioning of the web shop, including order tracking, label creation and packaging.
• Manage payment methods, delivery options and order status through the CMS.
• Communicate directly with customers and collaborate with team members.
• Use internal systems such as Virga, CMS, DPD and SAP for daily tasks.

Required profile

• Minimum secondary education.
• Preferable experience in similar retail or sales positions.
• Professional, responsible and team‑oriented attitude.
• Good spoken English.
• Familiarity with MS Office tools.
