About the role

Mana Moda is looking for enthusiastic Sales Advisors to join its network of stores across Croatia. You will work directly with customers throughout the entire sales process, maintain a clean and attractive shop environment, and ensure timely handling of deliveries.

Key responsibilities

• Serve customers and provide product information
• Operate the cash register and process transactions
• Receive merchandise, conduct inventory checks and execute promotional actions
• Maintain high visual standards of the store layout and merchandising
• Monitor and report on the store’s merchandise and financial status
• Track employee performance, motivation and overall store efficiency
• Take responsibility for achieving sales targets and overall store operations

Required profile

• Willingness to learn and share knowledge in a pleasant team atmosphere
• Strong customer‑service orientation
• Ability to work efficiently and responsibly in a fast‑paced retail environment
