About the role

The Fitness Club is looking for a friendly and proactive Sales Advisor to work at the reception desk. You will be the first point of contact for members and visitors, helping them with registration, purchases, and using the facilities.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome existing members and ensure their needs are met.
• Register new users and handle membership paperwork.
• Promote, present and sell club products and services.
• Assist visitors during their visits and demonstrate equipment usage.
• Manage the cash register and issue fiscal receipts.
• Maintain hygiene, order and enforce club rules.
• Report daily activities to supervisors.

Required profile

• Minimum secondary education.
• Positive attitude and strong customer‑service orientation.
• Good communication, kindness and empathy towards members.
• Ability to work independently and manage a shift as the sole employee.
• Attention to detail and responsibility in task execution.
