About the role

Prima namještaj is looking for enthusiastic Sales Advisors to join its showroom teams across several Croatian cities. You will help customers create the perfect living spaces by recommending furniture solutions and guiding them through the purchase process.

Key responsibilities

• Active sales of furniture within the showroom environment.
• Consult customers, understand their needs, and propose the best interior solutions.
• Promote promotional offers and encourage timely buying decisions.
• Upsell and cross‑sell complementary items (e.g., tables with chairs, beds with mattresses, sofas with rugs).
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets.

Required profile

• Previous sales experience in sectors such as white goods, automotive, construction materials, insurance, or telecom.
• Strong closing skills and persistence with customers.
• Enjoy working directly with clients in a showroom setting.
• Understanding of upsell and cross‑sell techniques.
• Basic knowledge of interior design is a plus.
