About the role

Franck d.d. is looking for a motivated Sales Representative to cover the Zagreb, Karlovac, Ogulin and Plitvička jezera region. The role is field‑oriented, focusing on delivering products to HoReCa and vending customers, maintaining stock levels and supporting market activities.

Key responsibilities

• Distribute Franck products to customers on the assigned route.
• Achieve planned sales revenue through direct HoReCa distribution.
• Deliver basic promotional materials to clients.
• Coordinate between the market and the service department.
• Maintain the assigned delivery vehicle and ensure proper stock condition.
• Collect payments for invoiced goods.
• Submit a monthly written report based on the travel order.
• Transfer basic barista knowledge to the market.

Required profile

• Secondary vocational education.
• High sense of responsibility, independence and initiative.
• Team‑player attitude, flexibility and perseverance.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Valid B‑category driving licence.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
