About the role

JB energija is seeking a proactive Sales Representative to drive field sales, provide technical consulting and support for solar power projects in Bregana and the surrounding region.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct field sales and consulting, identifying suitable technical solutions and offering technical support to customers, partners and distributors.
• Gather specific technical data required for the implementation of solar power plants, including customer, product and requirement details.
• Prepare sales proposals and tender documentation.
• Establish and maintain customer contacts while promoting the company’s products and services.
• Monitor quality, participate in planning and execution of corrective actions.
• Define business requirements for modifications of existing services.
• Continuously track customer and market development to identify needs.
• Perform other tasks as directed by management.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in field sales, preferably in a technical sector.
• Proven ability to independently acquire business and find clients (both individuals and legal entities).
• Self‑reliant, responsible, organized, adaptable and precise.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
