About the role

We are looking for a Sales Engineer specialized in industrial automation to join our team in Zagreb. The role combines technical expertise with customer‑facing activities, helping clients select the best automation solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Advise customers on equipment and automation solutions that meet their specific needs.
• Identify optimal technical solutions and prepare commercial‑technical proposals.
• Maintain and develop long‑term relationships with existing clients.
• Proactively acquire new customers and recognise new business opportunities.
• Present products from our portfolio and provide technical support and training.
• Collaborate with world‑renowned manufacturers represented by the company.
• Stay up‑to‑date with new products, technologies and trends in industrial automation.

Required profile

• Technical background, preferably in electrical engineering, mechatronics or mechanical engineering.
• Strong interest in industrial automation and emerging technologies.
• Excellent communication skills and enjoyment of customer interaction.
• Independent, responsible and proactive work attitude.
• Willingness to learn and pursue professional development.
• Team‑player mindset.
• Good command of English.
