About the role

We are looking for a reliable Kitchen Assistant to join our team in Zagreb. The role involves supporting daily kitchen operations, ensuring cleanliness, and assisting with food preparation in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Arrive 15 minutes before the shift to change and store personal items.
• Receive and sort incoming goods to their designated storage areas.
• Wash dishes, floors, hoods and other kitchen equipment throughout the day.
• Prepare vegetables and other ingredients for service.
• Report any missing ingredients or supplies to the kitchen manager.
• Handle kitchen appliances and devices responsibly and conscientiously.
• Take out trash and maintain overall kitchen hygiene.

Required profile

• Ability to work full‑time and follow shift schedules.
• Attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Willingness to communicate shortages to supervisors promptly.
• Physical stamina for standing, lifting and moving items.
