About the role

We are looking for a motivated Assistant Kitchen Worker to join our team in Zagreb. You will support the kitchen staff by maintaining cleanliness, preparing raw ingredients, and ensuring a smooth workflow during food preparation.

Key responsibilities

Wash dishes and keep the kitchen and work areas clean.
Perform basic processing and washing of raw food items for meal preparation.
Clean vegetables, fruit, meat and fish according to the chef’s instructions.
Maintain cleanliness of kitchen spaces after meal preparation.
Ensure proper handling and cleanliness of both white and black tableware.
Take care of the quality and cleanliness of small kitchen inventory.

Required profile

Preferably prior experience in similar kitchen roles.
High level of precision and neatness.
Ability to work well within a team.

Required skills

What we offer

Fixed‑term employment with a 3‑month trial period.
Potential for a one‑year contract, with the possibility of an indefinite term.
Travel allowance and a hot meal provided during work hours.
Uniform supplied by the employer.
