About the role
We are looking for three motivated agricultural workers to join our vineyard in Milna, Vis. The team will support the cultivation of the Vislander grape variety, ensuring healthy vines and a successful harvest season.
Key responsibilities
- Perform manual and mechanised tasks such as pruning, weeding, pest and disease protection, and grape harvesting.
- Maintain vine rows and soil health through regular care and upkeep.
- Operate tractors and attached vineyard equipment where required.
Required profile
- Ability to work outdoors in a physically demanding environment.
- Preference for candidates with experience in vineyard work.
- Willingness to live on‑site during the employment period.
Required skills
- Tractor operation and handling of attached vineyard machinery.
