About the role

The Academy Equipment Manager supports the Luka Kaliterna football academy by preparing, maintaining and distributing gear for players and coaches during training sessions and matches.

Key responsibilities

Prepare and hand out equipment to players before trainings and matches.
Maintain and regularly service all player equipment.
Assist players and coaches during trainings and matches.
Set up locker‑room spaces for the squad.
Service and repair equipment after sessions.
Carry out additional tasks assigned by head coaches and the Academy Manager.

Required profile

Secondary education (mid‑level qualification).
At least 1 year of relevant work experience.
Active knowledge of the English language.
Strong organisational and communication abilities.
High precision, systematic approach and responsibility.
