About the role
The Academy Equipment Manager supports the Luka Kaliterna football academy by preparing, maintaining and distributing gear for players and coaches during training sessions and matches.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and hand out equipment to players before trainings and matches.
- Maintain and regularly service all player equipment.
- Assist players and coaches during trainings and matches.
- Set up locker‑room spaces for the squad.
- Service and repair equipment after sessions.
- Carry out additional tasks assigned by head coaches and the Academy Manager.
Required profile
- Secondary education (mid‑level qualification).
- At least 1 year of relevant work experience.
- Active knowledge of the English language.
- Strong organisational and communication abilities.
- High precision, systematic approach and responsibility.
