About the role

We are expanding our maritime transport team and are looking for an organized, proactive and communicative Logistics Organizer to manage sea shipments from order to delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Organise and coordinate maritime shipments from order receipt to final delivery.
• Communicate daily with ship owners, agents, partners and clients.
• Monitor transport progress and ensure timely service execution.
• Prepare and control transport documentation.
• Coordinate activities among clients, carriers and internal departments.
• Resolve operational challenges while maintaining high service quality.
• Participate in developing and improving logistics solutions for customers.

Required profile

• Preferable experience in logistics, freight forwarding, maritime transport or related fields.
• Strong organisational and communication abilities.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Active knowledge of English.
• Proactive, responsible and problem‑oriented attitude.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office applications.
