Maintenance Operator – Preventive & Corrective Maintenance

About the role

The Maintenance Operator will ensure reliable operation of production equipment and infrastructure at our Savski Marof site. You will carry out scheduled preventive tasks, diagnose faults, and support corrective actions while contributing to continuous improvement of maintenance processes.

Key responsibilities

• Execute planned preventive maintenance activities such as visual inspections, spare‑part replacements, testing and examinations.
• Diagnose equipment failures and perform corrective maintenance.
• Suggest improvements to preventive maintenance programmes.
• Assist in defining required spare parts inventories.

Required profile

• Technical secondary school diploma (SSS technical direction).
• Work experience in equipment maintenance.
• Excellent command of Croatian.
• Basic knowledge of English.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts (12‑24‑12‑48 schedule).

• Preventive maintenance techniques.
