About the role

We are looking for a Junior Technical Associate to join our system maintenance team at OIV – Digital Signals and Networks. The role involves supporting both client and server environments, ensuring reliable operation of ICT equipment and providing user assistance.

Key responsibilities

• Install and maintain client and server operating systems.
• Maintain client and server ICT hardware.
• Install and configure client applications.
• Provide user support for IT systems.
• Implement security solutions for IT infrastructure.
• Monitor emerging technologies in system maintenance and apply them.
• Prioritize tasks to meet quality and timeliness standards.
• Conduct simple procurement procedures for ICT equipment.
• Document work activities regularly.
• Communicate and support other organizational units.

Required profile

• Knowledge of IT protocols and standards.
• Experience with administration of Microsoft system services.
• Advanced proficiency in the MS Office suite.
• Active knowledge of the English language.
