About the role

We are looking for a motivated Junior Sales Representative to promote our dental equipment portfolio in the Dalmacija region. You will work from our Omiš office, building relationships with existing clients and actively seeking new business opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and grow relationships with current customers while identifying new prospects.
• Present the company’s products and services, preparing tailored sales proposals.
• Communicate daily with clients via phone, email, and on‑site visits.
• Monitor market trends, recognise customer needs and suggest appropriate solutions.
• Achieve set sales targets with guidance from senior colleagues.
• Report regularly on sales activities and results.
• Perform other administrative tasks as required.

Required profile

• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation abilities.
• Proactive, motivated for sales work and eager to keep learning.
• Good computer literacy, especially with the MS Office suite.
• Previous sales experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
