About the role

Poliklinika Sveti Pelegrin is seeking a recent nursing graduate with a strong affinity for field work, palliative and chronic care, and a compassionate approach to patients and families. The role combines outpatient duties with home visits across the city of Zagreb.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and prepare client documentation.
• Handle administrative tasks, orders, and manage nursing activities within the clinic.
• Conduct home visits to palliative patients in collaboration with physicians and psychologists.
• Plan and implement nursing interventions and measures.
• Monitor patients’ conditions closely.
• Provide support, communication, and education to patients and their families.
• Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team of experts.

Required profile

• Recent graduate in nursing (prvostupnik/prvostupnica).
• Valid HKMS (Croatian Chamber of Medical Nurses) license and passed professional exam.
• At least 2 years of professional experience.
• Category B driving licence.
• Motivation to learn and advance in palliative care.
• Basic knowledge of English.
• Good computer skills.
