Legal Specialist – Corporate & Telecom Law

About the role

Hrvatski Telekom d.d. is seeking a Legal Specialist to join its corporate legal team in Zagreb. You will work in a fast‑moving telecom environment, providing strategic legal support across a range of business activities.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Company in court proceedings and other authoritative bodies, strategically managing disputes.
• Represent the Company in administrative procedures related to the construction of electronic communications infrastructure and equipment.
• Coordinate daily communication with external law firms.
• Prepare, negotiate and conclude contracts across various business areas.
• Identify, monitor and manage legal risks of the business.
• Participate in challenging cross‑functional projects.
• Provide legal advice to business teams in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.
• Perform additional legal tasks as required by the organization.

Required profile

• Law degree and successful completion of the bar exam.
• 3–5 years of relevant legal experience.
• Advanced written and spoken English.
• Strong communication and organisational abilities.
• Proactive attitude, team spirit and ability to manage priorities independently.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with MS Office.
