About the role

We are looking for a Corporate Lawyer to join our legal team in Zagreb. The role involves ensuring that all business activities comply with applicable laws and regulations while supporting various internal departments.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, interpret and review contracts related to commercial, obligational and labour matters.
• Monitor and interpret relevant legislation and provide advice across civil, commercial, enforcement, land‑registry, labour, property and corporate law.
• Support public procurement procedures and represent the company before administrative and other state bodies.
• Maintain up‑to‑date internal policies, prepare Board and Shareholder decisions, and assist the Finance department with debt collection.
• Develop and implement procedures to ensure lawful business operations and standardise internal documentation.
• Organise, administer and track compliance with contractual and statutory obligations.
• Identify risks, propose improvements and contribute to the optimisation of legal processes.

Required profile

• University degree (300 ECTS) in law from a Croatian university.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a corporate legal department or law firm.
• Strong analytical abilities, excellent communication skills and a proactive, detail‑oriented approach.
• High integrity, confidentiality and a collaborative mindset.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.

Required skills

• Proficient use of the MS Office suite.
