About the role

Jarunski dvori, a well‑known restaurant on the shores of Lake Jarun, is looking for an enthusiastic Cook / Kitchen Assistant. You will work in a dynamic kitchen environment, helping to create memorable dishes for guests while supporting the head chef.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and process ingredients according to restaurant standards.
• Assist in cooking and plating menu items.
• Maintain hygiene and cleanliness of the work area and equipment.
• Store food properly and monitor inventory levels.
• Follow food safety and HACCP regulations.
• Collaborate with other kitchen team members.
• Support the head chef in all kitchen operations.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a kitchen environment (preferred).
• Team‑oriented attitude with a positive approach.
• Responsibility, attention to detail and good organization.
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently.
• Willingness to learn new skills.
• Respect for hygiene standards.

Required skills

• Knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards.
• Familiarity with various culinary techniques.
