Kuhar – gastro promotor

About the role

The company seeks an experienced cook who will also act as a gastro promoter, driving the development of new dishes and expanding the catering portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Propose and develop new menu items and overall gastronomic offer.
• Create recipes, standards and documentation for new dishes.
• Present proposals to operational units and monitor market trends.
• Recommend new ingredients, products and kitchen equipment.
• Standardise equipment and inventory across the organisation.
• Train new staff on kitchen procedures, dish preparation and HACCP implementation.
• Supervise compliance with food procurement norms.

Required profile

• Secondary or higher education in culinary arts with a master’s exam.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as an independent chef.
• Computer literacy.
• Valid B‑category driving licence.
• Knowledge of at least one foreign language.
