About the role

We are expanding our business activities and looking for a Market Business Coordinator to join our existing sales team. The role involves leading the Market Business sector, driving subscription sales for the LING legal portal and other company products, and managing the full sales cycle.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, organize, coordinate and supervise the sector’s work while developing the team.
• Actively sell subscriptions to the LING legal portal and other company offerings.
• Identify new subscribers, present the portal, and close subscription agreements.
• Manage the entire sales process from initial contact to contract signing.
• Prepare analyses and reports on sales results.
• Monitor market trends and business opportunities.
• Maintain the client database and nurture client relationships.
• Organize and conduct company consultations and webinars.
• Track calls for potential sponsorships and donations.
• Prepare contract elements and control contractual documentation.
• Plan procurement of equipment, office, and promotional materials.
• Initiate and participate in promotional activities for company products and services.
• Oversee warehouse operations and building maintenance.

Required profile

• University degree in economics, law or a related field.
• At least 3 years of managerial experience.
• Excellent presentation and negotiation skills with key clients.
• Strong ability to communicate goals within a team and collaborate across departments.
• Fluent in Croatian (native) and English (active speaking and writing).
• Valid category B driver’s license.

Required skills

• Advanced use of CRM systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
