About the role

The University of Algebra Bernays is looking for a proactive Coordinator of Educational Content Development. You will lead the creation and continuous improvement of educational programmes, working closely with authors, external partners and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design new educational programmes and trainings, managing communication of guidelines, methodological processing, timeline coordination and author support.
• Methodologically shape and coordinate teaching materials according to content, competencies and learning outcomes.
• Align existing programmes with labour‑market needs through collaboration with various sectors and teams.
• Oversee updates of current materials and development of new teaching‑material sets for all educational products.
• Lead a team of external contributors involved in programme development and related material production.
• Propose and implement innovations in content development processes.
• Perform editorial tasks for the creation of teaching materials.

Required profile

• Completed bachelor’s degree in a social‑humanistic or teaching field.
• At least 1–2 years of experience in similar roles.
• Highly organized, able to work within tight deadlines.
• Very flexible, autonomous and responsible toward work and collaborators.
• Strong analytical, social and communication abilities.
• Preference for candidates with experience in the education sector or understanding of teaching processes.

Required skills

• Advanced use of MS Office tools.
• Proficiency with AI tools.
