About the role

Join the team at Silk restaurant in Zagreb as a waiter/waitress. The position is available year‑round and can be offered on a fixed‑term basis or through a student contract.

Key responsibilities

  • Take orders and serve guests while maintaining high service standards.
  • Promote additional sales by recommending dishes and beverages.
  • Keep the work area and equipment clean and orderly.
  • Issue invoices and handle payments in accordance with regulations.
  • Consistently apply hospitality service standards.

Required profile

  • Strong communication and sales abilities.
  • At least one year of experience in food and beverage service (preferred).
  • Polite, responsible and professional attitude toward guests.
  • Fast, resourceful and team‑oriented.
  • Good command of English (advanced speaking, basic writing).
