About the role

You will work in the morning shift preparing the venue for early coffee‑drinkers and in the afternoon welcoming guests with pastries or juice, ensuring a pleasant experience from entry to farewell.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare the restaurant for the morning rush and keep it tidy for guests.
• Serve coffee, pastries, and drinks, offering items from the Leggiero menu.
• Use the order‑management system to relay orders quickly to the barista.
• Handle cash accurately, issue correct receipts and ensure payments are balanced.
• Assist guests in choosing products and promote additional sales.

Required profile

• Friendly smile and ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for every guest.
• Previous wait‑staff experience with speed and efficiency, especially during busy periods.
• Team‑player attitude, ready to help colleagues and maintain a positive work environment.
• Willingness to grow professionally and take on higher responsibilities.
