Barista / Shift Lead (m/f)

About the role

Start your day with the sound of the grinder and the aroma of freshly ground coffee, serving the first morning drinks to our guests. You will ensure all equipment is correctly set up, the display cases are tidy and fully stocked, and you will lead a small team to deliver a seamless café experience.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, serve and bill orders from the bar counter, knowing exactly where every item is located.
• Maintain and adjust coffee machines and other equipment to guarantee optimal performance.
• Keep display cases clean, organized and replenished with the best product range.
• Motivate and coordinate the team, ensuring tasks are aligned and completed efficiently.

Required profile

• Positive attitude that contributes to a pleasant work atmosphere.
• Ability to work quickly and adapt to varying customer requests.
• Passion for coffee and willingness to share knowledge with colleagues.
• Desire to grow both in skills and within the company.

Required skills

• Proficiency in operating espresso machines and related coffee equipment.
• Experience in preparing a variety of coffee drinks and simple cocktails.
