About the role
We are looking for a friendly and reliable waiter to join our calm café bar in Zagreb. The role involves interacting with guests, ensuring a pleasant dining experience, and supporting the daily operations of the café.
Key responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly, present menus, and guide them to their seats in the calm café setting.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, communicate them clearly to the kitchen and bar staff, and serve the items promptly.
- Keep tables, chairs, and service areas clean and orderly throughout the shift, ensuring a pleasant environment for guests.
- Process payments, issue receipts, and handle cash or card transactions with attention to detail.
- Work closely with teammates, supporting each other to maintain smooth service flow and uphold the café’s high standards.
Required profile
- Good communication skills.
- Neat and presentable appearance.
