About the role
The restaurant is looking for an experienced waiter to join its team in Zagreb. You will be responsible for delivering high‑quality service to guests, handling orders, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience.
Key responsibilities
- Sell food and beverages, serve guests, issue invoices and process payments.
- Prepare cold and hot drinks according to the menu.
- Perform opening and closing tasks for the dining area and terrace.
- Calculate daily cash turnover.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the premises and equipment.
- Carry out additional service duties as directed by the manager.
Required profile
- Secondary school education, preferably in hospitality.
- Minimum three years of experience as a waiter.
- Motivation to work and learn.
- Good communication, politeness and professionalism with guests.
