About the role

The Commercial Representative will handle order processing, create offers and invoices, and coordinate sales and distribution of publishing titles through the bookstore network as well as direct sales. The role involves active customer follow‑up and participation in trade fairs and professional conferences.

Key responsibilities

• Receive orders, prepare offers and invoices.
• Coordinate sales and distribution of titles through the bookstore network and direct sales channels.
• Maintain active contact with existing customers.
• Send goods on consignment and manage consignment inventories.
• Prepare invoices based on dispatches and send them to customers.
• Participate in organizing and executing fairs, conferences and similar events.
• Create and send direct‑sale proposals to companies, institutions, universities and schools.
• Collect market data systematically, analyse sales performance and monitor plan execution.
• Control consignment stock of key customers and overall inventory, proposing inventory strategies.
