Komercijalist – zastupnik (m/ž)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Commercial Representative (male/female) to develop our customer base across Croatia. The role involves market research, visiting existing and potential clients, and promoting our product range.

Key responsibilities

• Travel throughout assigned regions (Zagreb, Krapina‑Zagorje, Karlovac, Varaždin, Koprivnica‑Križevci, Međimurje) using a company car.
• Identify new business opportunities and maintain relationships with current partners.
• Present and demonstrate the company’s product portfolio to clients.
• Negotiate sales terms and close deals.
• Report market feedback and sales results to management.

Required profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, self‑motivated and precise.
• Minimum two years of experience in sales, preferably with similar product lines.
• Understanding of the Slovene language.
• Valid B‑category driving licence and willingness to work in the field.
• Technical or agricultural education or relevant experience.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and basic internet tools.
